I'm VERY excited to have the opportunity to have my encaustic mixed media paintings and weavings up in Süp restaurant in Midtown Reno for the month of September! This is an overview of the work that I have been doing since 2016. I am honored that people will be able to view my artwork in real life and get the chance to eat the delicious food at Süp (I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!) All artworks are for sale! I would love to hear from you if you get a chance to see the work IRL.
I've been a busy maker the past few months! I was really excited to recreate this piece that I made 2 years ago, now on a large scale, that just I had to make this video! I'm taking off June and July to spend time in nature, catch inspiration, and spend time with family! I will be back in August with new a new series I've been working on that I'm excited to share. Also, my art will be up at Süp in midtown Reno for the month of September! So lots of fun things are happening for the next few months! As always thank you for your love and support!

To get a closer look into my sketchbook, as well as all the other participants, head to Atelier Truckee. The gallery opening is March 31, 5-7 pm, the sketchbooks will be on display during the month of April! I really enjoyed the challenges and new ideas that participating in this sketchbook challenge brought to me.
Hope you enjoy my website update, with newly added encaustic/mixed media work! I've also added a direct link to my Etsy shop, just click the shop link and it gets you right there! Reno friends wanting to shop, just contact me and I will take care of the shipping.
So, for 21 days in March, Atelier and their artistic friends have posted daily sketchbook prompts on Instagram, where all the participants were encouraged to post their art using the hashtag #sketchevent. If you use Instagram I encourage you to check it out, it's so fun to see all the different interpretations based on a single idea.Read More
This was MY kind of art. I can see so many opportunities in using this medium; my only limitations are within my own imagination. I have so much to learn, but it's the most fun and experimental learning that I get to do!Read More
